Hmm, my latest 6-30-01: Is getting reacquainted with my old friends from Eastwood High School in El Paso, Texas. What I've noticed with me, is that as I get older...ok, 43 now, the pic above is from a couple of years ago, I find a need to seek out those who are familiar. I guess some of ya'll are going through it as well. And I'm so happy that many of us are finding each other, via the Internet, after such a long period of time. I registered at both classmates.com but paid for the services at highschoolalumni.com. I guess I'll toss 10 bucks out, but a bit shy at teh 30 dollar price tag at classmates. lol ...perhaps just frugal?

I've had contact with 4 of them in the last 2 months. It seems as if we baby boomers are getting it together in this big world and reconnecting via the Internet. I'm thrilled to find out what everyone else is up to, where they live now. It seems as if we all grow up and move away. Hey You bullies from school...you know who you are, I'd Dare you to contact me now! I might just meet ya out by the bleachers for a little...how can we say...Chat ;) hehehe Don't you just love growing up and maturing? ROFL

I was saddened to learn that my first boyfriend...first kiss, is currently on Deathrow TDCJ Livingston, TX. He is awaiting his execution date. Please say a little prayer or send good thoughts to him and to the families as well. It is deeply appreciated. Here's a link if you want to see about him. I love working on computers. I took some classes in Corpus Christi Spring of 99. I normally have some that I rework for the local homeless shelter. Presently numbering at 5...lol My one that I am currently using is built from parts. He runs pretty good for an older 233 mhz, so I'm not complaining at all. He seems to have a life of 6 months, then I have to redo a bit. lol-I'm at month 2 now, so I'm safe for a while, but hey, that's what CD burners are for, right? Back it up!

I've traveled and lived many places in the US. Even lived in South Korea in 86-missed my 10 year high school reunion in El Paso due to that, but that's ok. Maybe make the 30th? ;)

I now live in Southwestern Louisiana. We don't see gators running cross the road-like I thought ...hehehe.. & I love the rain, being from El Paso do you wonder why? The Green grass is beautiful here. I thought the entire state was swamp land, but it is Gorgeous here! Now if they could just do something about the mesquitos. lol
